  • We ask once, after handover, and only that you say how you found it. A middling review that tells us where we went wrong is more use to us than a five-star one that does not.
  • There are no discounts, vouchers or prize draws in exchange for a review.
  • We never draft a review for anyone, or ask for one to be changed or taken down.
  • Reviews stay on Google, where we cannot edit or reorder them. Anything we reproduce on this site has to match what is on the profile, word for word.
