Solar in Roscommon
Roscommon is a big, thinly populated farming county. Beef and drystock dominate, with sheep on the poorer land and dairy in the better parts. The typical property is a detached house or farmhouse on its own site with a cluster of outbuildings, which gives more usable roof area and fewer shading problems than almost any urban setting.
Holdings are spread out and the county runs on a rural distribution network, so connection capacity and export limits come up more often here than in a town.
